We were passing through Oświęcim and ended up at this restaurant straight off the street. Unfortunately, our feelings are rather mixed.nnThe biggest downside was that as many as three ordered dishes were served lukewarm. Warm dishes should arrive at the table hot, because lukewarm food loses its flavor and isn't as enjoyable to eat.nnThe service also leaves a lot to be desired. The girl who served us seemed lost. I asked for two soup spoons, and I heard a question asking if I meant two spoonfuls of broth. In a restaurant, I expect better communication from the waiter and more ease in conversation.nnAs for the taste, the broth, country-style pierogi, and pelmeni were a bit underseasoned for me. That's a matter of taste, of course, but in my opinion they lacked distinctiveness.nnOn the positive side, definitely the dough for the pierogi and pelmeni itself, as the dough was very well prepared, and cooked to perfection.nnThese are my feelings after the visit. I hope the restaurant will pay attention primarily to the temperature of the served dishes and the level of service...

Very small place, just a few tables, but the service is super friendly and the food is tasty. There isn't much traffic. Don't be misled by this, because the pierogi are made fresh to order. Fresh and delicious.

I ordered pierogi to go and expected the dish to be the same version as if I were eating on-site, since I'm paying the same amount (and even 6 PLN higher because that's how much was added for the packaging). The picture in the menu shows sour cream, fruit, and mint as a side. The dish description also mentions a garnish. I got plain pierogi with nothing else :(
