We had the pleasure of visiting this place for Thai ice cream and bubble tea. It was our first visit and definitely not our last. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed very warmly by a lovely cashier, a tall blonde in a black shirt. She was extremely smiling and helpful (which is rare in the food service industry). We had never tried bubble tea before, so we relied on her recommendations regarding flavors and the tea base. It turned out to be a total hit. We were also hugely impressed by the calm, patience, and empathy with which she approaches children, explaining everything to them. Nowadays, such warm service is a true rarity. You can see that she does her job with commitment and positive energy, which makes you feel welcome right away. The Thai ice cream was very good, our daughter devoured it so fast that we didn't even have time to take a picture. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Two ladies asked customers to leave the outdoor seating area 20 minutes before closing just to clean the tables. Meanwhile, they sold us soft serve ice cream reluctantly and with a slight attitude that it was so late, without even giving us a choice of flavor because they assumed what we wanted. The rest of the menu was already unavailable.

Unfortunately, the visit disappointed me very much. The service provided by the blonde lady left a lot to be desired – I got the impression she was working there as a punishment. Her tone was patronizing and unpleasant, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. I believe that courtesy and respect are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I hope the owners pay attention to this, as such an attitude effectively discourages returning.
