TERMS OF USE OF PRZYJEDNYMSTOLE.PL

§1. General information

  1. These Terms govern the use of the PrzyJednymStole.pl website, hereinafter the “Service”, available at https://przyjednymstole.pl.
  2. The provider and administrator of the Service is Adam Cygal Consulting Group, hereinafter the “Administrator” or “Service Provider”.
  3. The Administrator can be contacted by email at kontakt@przyjednymstole.pl.
  4. The Service is primarily intended to enable users to meet other people through outings to venues, participation in themed tables and other forms of shared activities available through the Service.
  5. The Service does not organise private meetings between users, does not guarantee that a meeting will take place and is not a party to relationships formed between users.
  6. Basic features of the Service are free of charge for individual users, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular feature.
  7. The Service may offer paid venue promotion and services for businesses. Additional conditions for such services may be set out in an offer, order or separate terms for business partners.

§2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions mean:

  1. User – a natural person using the Service.
  2. Account – an individual user account providing access to features requiring login.
  3. Profile – the information shared by a User through the Service, such as their first name or profile name, age, town or city, photo, description, interests and preferences.
  4. Venue – a restaurant, café, pub, bar, hotel or other place presented in the Service.
  5. Outing – a User’s declaration of an intention to visit a chosen place at a specified time.
  6. Match – the result of a Service feature identifying people with compatible or similar preferences, or mutually confirmed interest in a shared outing.
  7. Themed Table – a feature enabling groups of people interested in a particular topic or type of activity to be formed or filled.
  8. User Content – any information, text, photos, descriptions, comments, messages and other material submitted to the Service by a User.

§3. Conditions of use

  1. Only a person aged 18 or over may create an Account.
  2. Creating an Account requires providing the information indicated in the registration form, accepting these Terms and reading the Privacy Policy.
  3. Registration may be completed using an email address and password or, where this feature is available, a Google account.
  4. Users must provide truthful, up-to-date information relating to themselves.
  5. The following are prohibited:
    1. impersonating other people;
    2. creating an Account for fraud, harassment or unlawful activities;
    3. using photos of other people without an appropriate legal basis;
    4. sharing login details with third parties;
    5. automatically collecting data from the Service without the Administrator’s consent;
    6. circumventing the Service’s technical safeguards.
  6. Users are responsible for the security of their passwords and should immediately inform the Administrator if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.

§4. Services available

Depending on the current version of the Service, a User may use, among others, the following features:

  1. creating and editing a Profile;
  2. adding profile photos;
  3. specifying age, town or city, gender, interests, meeting goals and other preferences used to personalise the Service;
  4. choosing a venue, date and time for a planned outing;
  5. the “Find me a table” feature;
  6. browsing people interested in a similar outing;
  7. receiving information about the degree of compatibility or the ranking of recommended people;
  8. liking and following other users;
  9. following venues;
  10. sending and accepting invitations to shared outings;
  11. using private messages once the conditions specified by the Service have been met;
  12. using Themed Tables and group chats;
  13. receiving notifications related to Account activity;
  14. receiving emails related to the operation of the Service, in accordance with Account settings and applicable law;
  15. publishing reviews or other content, where the feature is available;
  16. accessing information about venues, their ratings, offers or promotions.

§5. Matching and recommendations

  1. The Service may automatically analyse a User’s data and preferences to determine the ranking or degree of compatibility of other people, venues or activities.
  2. Matching may take into account, in particular, information about:
    1. town or city;
    2. the planned date and time of an outing;
    3. age and preferred age;
    4. gender or preferences concerning the people the User wishes to meet;
    5. the purpose of the meeting;
    6. the type of outing;
    7. interests;
    8. venue preferences;
    9. places liked, followed or previously chosen;
    10. other settings available in the Service.
  3. Matching results are a supporting tool and do not assess a User’s personality, character, trustworthiness or suitability for a particular relationship.
  4. A matching result does not guarantee compatibility between people or a successful meeting.
  5. The matching system does not decide on a meeting on a User’s behalf. The final decision to make contact, accept an invitation or meet always rests with the users.
  6. The Administrator may modify how recommendations or matches are ranked to improve the quality of the Service, enhance safety and reduce abuse.

§6. Content published by users

  1. A User may submit User Content to the Service only if they have the right to use it.
  2. Prohibited content includes, in particular, content that:
    1. is unlawful;
    2. incites violence or the commission of an offence;
    3. contains threats, harassment or persistent unwanted approaches;
    4. infringes other people’s personal rights, privacy or copyright;
    5. is discriminatory or incites hatred;
    6. is pornographic or sexualises minors;
    7. constitutes spam, fraud or an attempt to obtain money or information by deception;
    8. contains malware or links intended to compromise security;
    9. discloses other people’s private information without consent.
  3. The User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to technically store, reproduce and display User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
  4. The User retains their rights to their User Content.

§7. Content moderation and reporting

  1. The Administrator may take action concerning content or Accounts if they:
    1. violate the law;
    2. violate these Terms;
    3. threaten the safety of others;
    4. constitute spam, fraud or abuse;
    5. infringe third-party rights.
  2. The Administrator’s action may include:
    1. restricting content visibility;
    2. removing content;
    3. warning a user;
    4. temporarily restricting a particular feature;
    5. suspending an Account;
    6. deleting an Account.
  3. Content considered illegal may be reported electronically to kontakt@przyjednymstole.pl.
  4. Where possible, a report should include:
    1. identification of the content or its exact location;
    2. an explanation of why the reporting person considers the content illegal;
    3. the reporting person’s contact details, unless the law allows anonymous reporting;
    4. a statement that the report is made in good faith.
  5. The Administrator reviews reports objectively and with due care.
  6. If the Administrator restricts User Content or an Account because of a violation of the law or these Terms, it may inform the User of the reasons for the action and the available means of challenging the decision, where such an obligation arises under the law.
  7. A User may challenge the Administrator’s decision by contacting kontakt@przyjednymstole.pl and providing information identifying the matter.

§8. Messages and communication between users

  1. The messaging feature is intended for communication between users related to using the Service and shared outings.
  2. The Administrator is not a party to conversations between users.
  3. Users must not use messaging for:
    1. sending spam;
    2. harassment;
    3. distributing unlawful content;
    4. obtaining money or data by deception;
    5. sending malicious links or files.
  4. Users should exercise caution when sharing their telephone number, address, financial information or other private data with others.

§9. Meeting safety

  1. Each User decides independently whether to meet another person.
  2. The Administrator does not verify all information in Profiles in a manner that guarantees its accuracy.
  3. In particular, Users should:
    1. arrange first meetings in public places;
    2. tell a trusted person the place and time of the meeting;
    3. not share passwords, payment codes or banking details with strangers;
    4. end contact if behaviour causes concern;
    5. contact the appropriate emergency services in a dangerous situation.
  4. The Administrator may provide features for reporting users or behaviour that violates these Terms.

§10. Venue information

  1. The Service presents venue information from its own database, data supplied by businesses, publicly available sources and external data providers.
  2. Ratings, review counts, opening hours, photos and other information may originate from, among other sources, Google services.
  3. The Administrator endeavours to keep information up to date but does not guarantee that it fully reflects the actual situation.
  4. Before a visit, Users should, where necessary, check current opening hours, prices, availability and offer conditions directly with the venue owner.

§11. Promoted venues and advertising

  1. Some venues may be presented as part of paid promotion.
  2. Advertising or promoted content is labelled so that Users can distinguish it from ordinary results.
  3. Paid promotion of a venue may affect its position or visibility in particular sections of the Service.
  4. After promoted venues, the Service may present places selected according to compatibility, popularity, user activity or other parameters.
  5. Promotion of a venue does not constitute a guarantee by the Administrator of the quality of its services.

§12. Notifications and emails

  1. The Administrator may send messages necessary for the operation of an Account, in particular concerning:
    1. email address verification;
    2. Account security;
    3. invitations and matches;
    4. messages and significant activity concerning the User;
    5. changes to these Terms or to the operation of the Service.
  2. If the User gives the appropriate consent or enables a feature, they may also receive additional notifications about followed people, venues, promotions or activity summaries.
  3. Marketing messages are sent only in accordance with applicable law and the required consents.

§13. Termination and Account deletion

  1. The agreement for the provision of electronic services relating to an Account is concluded upon successful registration.
  2. A User may stop using the Service at any time.
  3. A User may request Account deletion using a feature available in the Service or by contacting the Administrator at kontakt@przyjednymstole.pl.
  4. Account deletion may not mean the immediate deletion of all information if the continued retention of certain data is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  5. The Administrator may terminate the agreement or suspend an Account in the event of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, the law or the security of the Service.

§14. Complaints

  1. Complaints about the operation of the Service may be sent to kontakt@przyjednymstole.pl.
  2. A complaint should contain information enabling the problem to be identified.
  3. The Administrator will reply without undue delay and no later than the deadline required by applicable law.
  4. For Users who are consumers, these Terms do not limit rights arising under mandatory consumer protection law.

§15. Technical requirements

Proper use of the Service requires:

  1. a device with Internet access;
  2. an up-to-date web browser supporting HTML5, JavaScript, cookies and browser local storage;
  3. an active email address for features requiring email verification;
  4. access to a supported Google account when using Google login.

The Administrator is not responsible for problems caused by the User’s device, outdated software or external Internet providers.

§16. Liability

  1. The Administrator is responsible for the provision of electronic services in accordance with applicable law.
  2. The Administrator is not responsible for:
    1. users’ conduct outside the Service;
    2. the course or outcome of private meetings;
    3. decisions made by a User on the basis of another person’s Profile;
    4. the quality of services provided by venues;
    5. changes to or withdrawal of a venue’s offer;
    6. data originating from external entities where the Administrator was unaware of its inaccuracy.
  3. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

§17. Changes to these Terms

  1. The Administrator may amend these Terms, in particular in the event of:
    1. changes in the law;
    2. the introduction of new features;
    3. changes to security rules;
    4. changes in how services are provided.
  2. The Administrator will give Account holders reasonable advance notice of material changes through the Service or the email address associated with their Account, unless an immediate change is necessary for legal or security reasons.
  3. The new version of these Terms will be available in the Service together with its effective date.

§18. Governing law and final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory provisions of European Union law and the consumer rights applicable in the User’s place of residence, where applicable.
  2. Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to the relevant legal provisions.
  3. These Terms are available free of charge in the Service in a form that allows them to be saved and reproduced.
