When you order coffee with a drop of cold milk, you get cold milk with a drop of warm coffee. After pointing it out, the rude staff says that's how they serve this coffee. What a joke! I've drunk a few coffees in various places around the world, as well as at a friend's bar the day before, and the coffee there was spot on. So a little more humility, dear ladies.
