Fantastic place in Oświęcim! The food was simply delicious, and everything that landed on our table was perfectly fresh. A huge plus for honesty right at the start – we were warned that the waiting time would be around 40 minutes because the dishes are prepared from scratch. Such transparency is highly commendable! Separate and huge applause goes to the service staff. Ms. Karolina and Ms. Nikola do a brilliant job and definitely deserve a bonus! They were extremely nice, professional, and took care of our comfort the whole time. I recommend this place with a clear conscience and will definitely return! A restaurant in such a prestigious location in the very Center of the city should offer something more than just a name. The venue still remembers former glory days that are long gone. The food, which we waited almost an hour and a half for despite low customer traffic, was unappetizing and very greasy. It disappointed us greatly, as people ordering long after us received their dishes faster. Service culture is poor; when other customers ordered dishes, it turned out they were no longer available because the waitress explained they were issued for Catering. It is unthinkable to treat customers this way, especially those with small children. We left the venue soaked in all the smells coming from the frying pan. And the cost of this event was by no means small. If I had to recommend, I advise avoiding it.
