We like to support local businesses, but unfortunately we were disappointed. We ordered simple dishes from the menu, and they were virtually inedible. Nuggets without breading, burnt, lukewarm inside. Roulade not fully thawed, dumplings overcooked, on the second attempt the roulade was warmer, but the dumplings were frozen through. The plus side goes to the waitresses who tried to save the situation, unfortunately they couldn't do anything, the food didn't defend itself in any way. With an empty room, the waiting time was 30 mins. Two stars only for the service.nnResponse:nI didn't want to post photos here because I don't need to make a scene, but I was forced to. After asking the staff if we could get a roulade that wasn't frozen, we were told no, that all of them are frozen. Don't you know what you are selling? I am attaching a photo of the nuggets below, can you see Panko breading on them? Maybe that breading was actually there, but it was burnt off. If the dumplings are handmade, they were not made well. The staff tried to save the situation, unfortunately there was no one competent in the room who could resolve this situation with us. I also omitted the fact that during our stay there, 2 tables left.nMyself comment is facts, the subjective feeling is the taste which wasn't there at all, and isn't that what eating is all about?nI think you will also draw conclusions about how to solve problems with guests in your restaurant.

Highly recommend! ❤️ Everything was really great – from the food, through the service, to the atmosphere. Food delicious, fresh and beautifully presented, and the portions just right. Extremely lovely staff, very kind and helpful. 😊 You can see that the owners and employees really care about their guests. We spent a very nice time here and will definitely come back! It's definitely worth visiting this place. ❤️
