Until now, I had been avoiding this place because it seemed quite expensive to me. I finally decided to try it, and I regret not doing it sooner!nThe sushi turned out to be really great quality, fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked rice, and very aesthetic presentation. The portions were just right, and everything looked very appetizing.nThe tuna roll deserves a special mention, and here I must admit it's the best tuna roll I've ever eaten. It was perfectly composed, fresh, and full of flavor. The tuna meat was fantastic.nYou can see that the restaurant focuses on quality rather than random ingredients.nIf someone, like me, is wondering if it's worth paying a bit more, my answer is: definitely yes. I will certainly come back and happily try more items from the menu. Highly recommended!

Another delivery order from Itamae Sushi was an absolute blast! 🍣 Everything was fresh, brilliantly prepared, and beautifully served. Every set had a distinct flavor – especially the soft crab and hamachi make a huge impression. The rice was perfectly seasoned, high-quality ingredients, and really solid portions.nnAlso a plus for the variety – from classic rolls to more sophisticated compositions. The gyoza and spring rolls were very tasty, well-seasoned, and fresh.nnDelivery was efficient (I think the owner himself delivered it and didn't want a tip ;-) ), everything arrived in perfect condition. You can tell the restaurant cares about details and quality.nnDefinitely one of the better sushi places in Bielsko-Biała – I will certainly order again! 👌
