There is a very unpleasant smell in the hotel, a very dirty place, everything is old, falling apart and stinking, dead mosquitoes and other creatures on the walls, blood. A toilet rim block under the wardrobe.... A car repair shop attached to the hotel. After going out to the restaurant terrace, right under your nose there is a group of mechanics and car parts lying all over the place. A dingy, nasty and stinking place. I do not recommend!! Not for any money.

The hotel has potential. Beautiful grounds around, a place for a bonfire, etc.nWhen it comes to the facility - it is true that it requires renovation - but this is a request to the PTTK board (and not the people residing there). As for the standards of currently available hotels, the facility falls, let's be honest - short. Almost every room requires renovation - from the lobby to the bathrooms in the rooms. The available standard was good 30 years ago - now it's more of a hostel standard - rather than a two-star facility.nAdded to this are safety issues - e.g. lack of fire detectors.nWhen it comes to cleanliness - in my opinion it is sufficient (you can have reservations - but this is more due to underinvestment).nOn the other hand, the service and food - wonderful! People with passion, extremely nice, you can feel a family atmosphere. A big plus for such a staff - a real treasure.nThey will advise on everything, explain, help! And the Ukrainian borscht - is a world championship!nIt's a pity for such a facility, because it really has great potential - especially in such a touristically busy place as Oswiecim.

I don't know how such places can still operate, because for 120 PLN there are also normal clean hotels and good conditions. I had to use it because the organizer of a certain event booked this place for me, I arrived there at 2 in the morning and had no choice. Dirt, decor from the 80s, and bedbugs in the bed. Indeed, only the next day I realized what had bitten me there. A nightmare. The only thing is that the breakfast was good, but also in an 80s setting. Good for Bareia movies, but not to live in nowadays. I do not recommend
