A fantastic afternoon in a unique place. Today, as a family, we went to Foremka, to Łukasz and Zuza, who not only know how to talk brilliantly about baking and bakery, but can also teach even a culinary klutz like me how to make excellent hamburger buns using water, yeast, flour, salt and sugar 😉 I recommend it because it is a unique experience 👍

I attended a baking workshop at Foremka, thanks to which I learned to bake not only delicious bread, but also tasty bagels, butter rolls, focaccia and baguettes. 🥖 The great commitment of the hosts and their huge passion infected me, and now I bake all these delicacies, which my family eats with great relish. And I am sure that we eat not only delicious, but also healthy bread. All recipes developed, discussed and handed out to participants. Many thanks to Łukasz and Zuza for this wonderful adventure and marvellous atmosphere. I highly recommend the Workshop to everyone. You will be satisfied,❤️❤️❤️
